Soccer Problem

Defenders lose the initiative during change of possession.

Objectives. Create opportunities for the defenders to win the ball and have a brief numbers advantage.

Organization. Basic field with a mid sized goals which can be offset. A goalkeeper can be used to create a numbers up game.

Rules. Game starts with a corner kick (or throw) by the attacking team (blue) who try to score. The defenders (orange) try to win the ball and launch a counter attack.

TIC. With a numerical advantage (the blue #5 is essentially off of the field) the orange team must think aggressively and act positively. How quickly can the defenders transition and press their advantage.
