Dribbling in a circle

In this picture are several players working on their moves by dribbling inside of an area. They might be practicing feints, moving into space or simply avoiding one anouther. But what is the relationship between this activity and soccer? Does this appeal to children? Is there any direction for the players, any goals? Will they learn where and when they should use the feints? Is there any chance that they will "see a real moment" when to use the feint? Does this drill help the players to develop a playing mentality? Is it soccer?
